[SIESTA-L] siesta 3.1 and PHONON code

Dear Siesta users,
I have some problems with Siesta 3.1 release version.

First of all, Is siesta 3.1 support PHONON code by K. Parlinski?
If yes, how we could write *.PHONON force file in "MD.Typeofrun Phonon"
calculation?

I try  "LongOutput .true." and "WriteForces .true." options which they are
not functional.

Does anybody know how I could overcome this issue?
