Dear all, I'm tnterested in study influence of temperature on eletronic transport of graphene. I Have used transiesta for calculations of IV curves for a nanoribbon. i have attached the resultant plot. I did, also, a couple tests modifying 3 differents parameters (ElectronicTemperature, MD.TargetTemperatura, MD.InitialTemperature) but with similar results.
i'm not able to explain if the result are ok. I'm wondering if anyone could suggest to me a paper or book that show if that behavior is ok or if doesn't. Kid regads. thanks in advance.
