Dear Siesta Users,
I want to be sure about units in Transiesta and Siesta calculation in order to compare results with other kind of calculations In *.AVTRANS I have transmission, DOS and PDOS of the system. And in *.LDOS and *.RDOS I have the density of state of each electrode. Which are the units of each one? Im pretty sure that units of transmission are Go (the quantum of conductance) and it is proportional to the cross section area. What about the others? Another thing is that if I do a siesta calculation of my whole system and plot the PDOS of the electode atoms I have a difference of one order of magnitude with the plot of *.LDOS ... I will apreciate any help, if you need some more information, please, ask me.
