[SIESTA-L] how to get the transmitted spectrum after optical calculation with SIESTA

Hi, everybody,
 
I calculated the optical properties of some case and I want to get the  
transmitted  spectrum. I know the absorption coefficient can be obtained from 
the result file  .EPSIMG, But how can I get the transmitted spectrum?
