hi every body
i work by siesta2.0.2, i calculated optical properties such as imaginary & real 
partt of dielectric function , we know that imaginary & real part of dielectric 
function is tenssor but siesta results are not tenssor and are numbers, are 
these number one of tensssor members? if this is true which member of tensssor?
