Dear Siesta users, I am working on transport properties of organic molecules coupled to two ferromagnetic electrodes. I obtained transmission for electrodes having same spin orientation. Is it possible to use Transiesta for electrodes with anti-parallel spin orientation (for example left electrode has spin up polarization while right one has spin down polarization ) ? If it is yes how can i do these calculations?
