[SIESTA-L] Problem using TBTrans

Dear SIESTA Users,

I am trying to use TBTrans on my group's cluster and it freezes after 
listing all the contour points. That is, I get:

And then just a blinking cursor that doesn't go away. I don't think it's 
an issue with my input files, because when I call TBTrans on my pc (with 
the same files), I have no issues (it just takes forever.) It seems to 
me that the next routine is just not being called. Is there some library 
that is missing when I compile TBTrans?
