Hi, When running siesta 3.1 (mpi support) in a cluster we are getting the following errors:
Error in Cholesky factorisation in cdiag mpirun has exited due to process rank 1 with PID xxxxx on node xxxx exiting without calling "finalize". This may have caused other processes in the application to be terminated by signals sent by mpirun (as reported here). The last one I think is a consequence of the first one, but I appreciate any help or idea you have on the first error.
