Dear Homa

If it says the electrodes are not correct, you have to be certain that your
coordinates are correct, right now I believe that trunk 427 is correct and
your coordinates are not situated in the same coordinates.
The trunk 427 provides a check for the coordinates whereas before the
updated transiesta version it was not so stringent.
Please do a manual check of this before asking us to check your data.
I have yet to discover an error about the new version handling the
coordinates correct, however, if there is a bug it is very crucial that it
gets patched.

Furthermore rars are not a very common archive format in unix, please use
the universal zip or tar[.gz|.bz2|...] on unix systems.
