you need to save wavefunctions using

WriteDenchar         true
%block WaveFuncKPoints
 0.0 0.0 0.0    from 2700 to 2722
%endblock WaveFuncKpoints

Then you can process the WFSX file with denchar and generate .cube files 
which you can visualize with
