Dear Manjeet, if you have executable files of both, then hopefully you've got them as part of the whole distribution, which also includes the README file. In a nutshell: you start the script in the command line (type its name followed by "Enter") and then type in answers to the queries the script asks you. Typically, you do it in a directory where your files are ( .XV, .RHO, .EIG and others). Especially in case of rho2xsf, make sure that the executable is compiled on the same architecture as your SIESTA code, because otherwise there might be incompatibility in the binary format for .RHO; this is the most often source of trouble.
