Thanks. I know that this system is so weak to run this code.But i want to know why this code is killed (because of the RAM or ..). Because i run a same code with 200 atoms but this error was appeared. I have access to a computer with 16 processors and 16 gig ram. But i want to try the code before using this computer and become sure about it However i think that this system is weak also. Do 16 gig RAM satisfy this system?
