Hi all, I have sent a question but did not get any answer yet, I will re-post it and I wish getting an answer: If transiesta always shifts the Fermi level to zero how I could see the effect of doped atoms ( e.g. doping B on carbon nanotube) on the transmission for let's say bias =0 V.
