Dear Transiesta users I want to study strain using transiesta, i have optimized electrodes and for bias script i.e. scattering region i am varying lattice vector with formula strain = delta c/co where co is equivalent lattice vector along z axis and delta c is increased in length but not obtained strain please i am expecting help from this site
