Yes, siesta works with 2.0.0 (and any later versions).
Please note that if you use the OpenMPI wrapper compilers the linking of
the correct libraries are automatic, hence the library name changes should
"never" be apparent.

Any OpenMPI version is merely a standard library, and only internal ABI
changes are being made across version numbers. Any MPI calls made by siesta
are the standard MPI calls, not any internal OpenMPI routines are used.
