Dear all I would really appreciate if someone kindly answer to my question.my calculations with transiesta was successfully but tbtrans warned me : Number of Nodes greater than number of k-points!!Some nodes will be inactive in k-point parallelization!! I increased k-points in x,y and z direction (Which was quite different from scat k-points calculations). My k-point was 1 * 1 * 5 for nanotube, I've changed it to 20 * 20 * 10. I have 72 CPU. Warning vanished BUT TBTrans stops in starting K-Point loop for spin: 1 and never gos beyond, without any error message. what's wrong? please help me best regards,Mohadeseh
