I am using siesta version (siesta-4.1-b2) for running transport calculations using TranSIESTA. I ran ../Examples/TranSiesta/Elec using transiesta and it worked fine. Then, I copied *.TSHS file in the directory ../Examples/TranSiesta/Scat. But the compilation of Run.fdf in ../Examples/TranSiesta/Scat resulted into the following error: transiesta: *** No electrode names were found, default Left/Right are expected Could not find electrode: Left Could not find electrode: Left Stopping Program from Node: 0 Stopping Program from Node: 0
Please suggest me.
