[SIESTA-L] Generating Zmatrix for large systems

Hello, everyone, I Need help in generating Zmatrix for a large system up to 64
to have relax coordinates for my system, I googled and searched for this but
coundn' get any infomartion.
Here are Few of system for that I need to build Z matrix:
Na11_Co_Zn4
Zn4_Fe_Na4
C36H16
Please Help me out.
