Hi, I am new to siesta and just doing some test calculations with the example given in the siesta-4.0.1/Example/Transiesta. I am using the version siesta-4.1-b4. So I have done the electrode calculation with the given input and then for the scattering region calculation I used the ts2ts utility to change the input and all the calculations have completed successfully. Then I use the tbtrans utility. All the files are created thereafter properly but the voltage and the current value are not getting printed in TBT.out file. I have checked for 0 and 1V bias but there is no current value printed in the TBT.out file. Why this is happening?
