that is  , because your  command "NumberOfAtoms       5" in
Al2O3.fdf fileو While show Atomic Coordinates, for only four atoms, also
should be add command
LatticeConstant
block LatticeVectors
MD.TypeOfRun      CG
MD.NumCGsteps     100
in fdf files
