Dear siesta Users, After successfully calculating phonon for boron nitride consisting of two atoms I started to calculate phonon for a supercell consisting of 8 atoms because after this I want to change the surface of this supercell. As you can see in the attached figure there is no negative frequency in the phonon bands but the shape of the bands looks strange to me. So if there is some point about the phonon of supercell I would appreciate it if you share.
