This email presents a summary of the policy proposals currently in
discussion and what stage it is in according to the Policy Development
Process of RIPE. 

Five proposals currently in the Concluding Phase:

        - 2014-07: Language Clarification in "IPv4 Address Allocation and
        Assignment Policies for the RIPE NCC Service Region"

        - 2014-08: Language Clarification in "Contractual Requirements for
        Provider Independent Resource Holders in the RIPE NCC Service Region"

        - 2014-10: Language Clarification in "IPv6 Addresses for Internet
        Root Servers In The RIPE Region"

        - 2014-11: Language Clarification for "Allocating/Assigning Resources
        to the RIPE NCC"

        The above four proposals aim to clarify the policy text used in the
        RIPE Documents.

        - 2014-13: Allow AS Number Transfers

        This proposal aims to allow the transfer of AS Numbers:

The Address Policy Working Group co-Chairs have declared that consensus
for these proposal has been reached and they have now moved to Last Call.

        - 2015-01: Alignment of Transfer Requirements for IPv4 Allocations

        This proposal is currently open for discussion and aims to
        prevent speculating organisations from abusing the IPv4 transfer
        policy to make a financial profit.
