Dear Community Members,

Following the RIPE 71 meeting in Bucharest, Romania, the proposals under
discussions during the Address Policy Working Group on Wednesday, 18
November 2015 reached the following statuses:

One proposal under discussion:
--------------------------------

        - 2015-04: RIPE Resource Transfer Policies
        https://www.ripe.net/participate/policies/proposals/2015-04

Aims to create a single transfer policy with all relevant information on
the transfer of Internet number resources, replacing text in several
RIPE Policies. The proposal also introduces a 24-month holding period
for IPv4 addresses and 16-bit ASNs after any change of holdership.

One proposal awaiting input:
--------------------------------

        - 2015-05: Revision of Last /8 Allocation Criteria
        https://www.ripe.net/participate/policies/proposals/2015-05

Aims to allow LIRs to request an additional /22 IPv4 allocation from the
RIPE NCC every 18 months. This would only be possible if the LIR has not
transferred any IPv4 address space before.

One proposal was withdrawn by author:
--------------------------------

        - 2014-03: Remove Multihoming Requirement for AS Number Assignments
        https://www.ripe.net/participate/policies/proposals/2014-03

The proposers decided to withdraw the proposal due to the inability to
find an acceptable solution which satisfied all parties.
