Dear colleagues,
Version 3 of prop-148: Clarification – Leasing of Resources is not
Acceptable, did not seek consensus at the APNIC 54 Open Policy Meeting
(OPM).
This proposal is now returned to the author and the Policy SIG mailing
list for further discussion.
Proposal details, including the full text of the proposal, history, and

If the author wishes to pursue the proposal, a new version of the
proposal will need to be resubmitted before the next OPM deadline.
