Dear colleagues
Version 4 of prop-141: Change maximum delegation size of IPv4 address
from 512 ( /23 ) to 768 (/23+/24) addresses,
did not reach consensus at APNIC 52 and was withdrawn by the authors at
the APNIC 55 Open Policy Meeting.
