I have no problems with policy proposals coming from APNIC Secretariat especially as they are uniquely in a position to identify conflicts between policies and help us as a community to resolve those conflicts for the betterment of the entire community. For me the only concern is that any proposal from anyone needs to be in that person/organisations name. This helps us as a community understand the motivation behind the policy.
