Question for the SIG Leadership & Secretariat 1. Assuming Endorse means approval, how does EC endorse the proposal? Vote or Consensus 2. Say the APNIC EC does not endorse the proposal; what happens then? 3. Is the power of EC to reverse the decision of Membership through AMM constitutional?
