Hi all, I’m ok with this proposal, but I’m not really sure is needed, we need to see the secretariat impact analysis.
For me is obvious that any sub-allocation doesn’t relieve accountability for the original resource holder. If prop-125 is correctly implemented, and the abuse-mailbox of the sub-allocation is not responding, then the original resource holder is still responsible.
