does anyone know what the typical USB latency is, or how to measure it
specifically? I have an intellimouse explorer and Griffin Technology iMic on
my USB bus.

I have seen programs to measure mouse latency, but I don't think that would
be equal to my audio latency which I am trying to reduce since the mouse is a
"LowSpeed" device. Would it improve latency of the sound to move the mouse
to a hub so that only 'high speed' devices are on the mainboard's root hub?

Thanks,
Patrick
