I just checked out which lots were being closed, all that good stuff. The best way to get here would be to take Red River or Guadalupe to 26th, then head south on Speedway towards the dead end. The first door to ACES on speedway is the closest one to 2.402, so enter there. Welch has a loading dock across the street, it would probably be best to park there to unload, then move vehicles. Everything east of speedway is closed for high $ donors, etc, so you'll have to use the lots off of ICD or maybe garages after unloading. Dobie is a little bit of a walk, but usually easier to get in/out of than jester.
We will have direct internet access through the 40 ports in the room, so you'll be able to get the latest updates installed. If you have an extra cable, bring it, if not, I will have bulk cable there and can make extras. I made enough cd's for everyone to take a set home, I'm sure the modem users will appreciate it ;) Also, if anyone else wants to help install and hasn't emailed me yet, please drop me a note telling when you plan to be there.
