Early Birds,
We will be announcing the details of the introduction of the Road Runner service to
Austin and surrounding areas tomorrow. Look for an article in the Austin
American-Statesman and coverage on local television and radio stations. As part of the
press release, we will be announcing pricing and timeline for implementation.
Don't be alarmed at the timeframe given for commercial launch. The date announced
will be the date for the general public. In the interim, we will be contacting many of
you to set up "early bird" installs.
Please note that the pricing that will be announced is for residential service only.
We will be finalizing home office pricing and business application pricing between now
and the public launch.
Most of the questions that have been submitted in our "early bird" form are addressed
in the FAQ that is available on our new website: www.timewarneraustin.com. If you
have questions that have not been addressed, please send them to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Please do not call our main cable phone number.
While the customer service representatives that handle cable inquiries have been given
an overview of the service, they have been instructed to refer you to the website. By
filling out the "early bird" form, you are already near the top of our list for Road
Runner service. Therefore there is no need to re-register or call to place an order.
The next several weeks will be a busy time for our Road Runner staff. We will do our
best to keep you informed as to the status of the rollout of this exciting new
service. Thanks in advance for your patience and we look forward to providing you
quality local and national content, high speed Internet access and the excellent
customer service that you expect in the coming months.
We'll be in touch.
