This X Server is free and lets you use it without restrictions. It
opens a window that becomes your X root window.  All X programs will
look like the window manager it uses, which default is mwm or twm or
something.

The free trial version of this is limited to two hours for each session
(you can restart it as many times as you want though).  It just kind of
hides in the background and the X programs appear in the root Windows
desktop, looking like Windows programs.  

   Both of these were simple to install, as neither required any work
besides running the install executable and then starting the program.
I Like the startnet one better.
