I don't have a cs account (I am probably the only non cs major here) but
below is the relevant part of my ~/.procmailrc 
I use fetchpop with procmail as the delivery agent so I am not exactly
sure how it is normally set up but I think it can be defined as the
default system-wide delivery agent or each user can set it up in a
.forward file.  If neither of these options is available, there are other
ways to run procmail on an already delivered mail spool which are detailed
in the procmail man page. Also the procmailex man page has some good
examples that should get you started.

Someone else can probably come up with some more sophisticated rules but
here is what I use in .procmailrc  You will need to create the siglinux
folder if it not already there. In pine this can be done by typing 'l'
then 'a' then entering the name of the folder.
