HI

Does anyone know how to specifically tell the ypbind() to use the local
/etc/services file ? I am using a HP machine with HP-UX 10.x operating
system. I haven't put a services map on the NIS master server since I need
to restrict access to some specific services (not the normal ones but user
programmed ones). Haveing a master server without a services map hasn't
created problems on any red hat linux machines I use as clients so far. The
red hats uses their own hosts file when they realise that there is no hosts
map. Some how it doesn't work like that with the HP.

Got any ideas ?
