Yep, the RR official release was pushed back to Jan.99.  They attribute
it to
the surge of early birders that have come close to breaking their
system.
I have been using the RR for a few months now, and to be honest, am not
overly
impressed with it.  Their NT servers seem to "disappear" occasionally.
The speed is crappy and I doubt it is going to improve by adding fifty
people
a week.  
TimeWarner has enough bandwidth to perfectly support around 3 users. 
That's
pushing the hardware to it's max, but still, that math doesn't work out
very well.

To sum up the RR experience I can only say, "It's better than dialup..."
