You're either 1) telling EasyCD to create a filesystem with just one
file in it - your .iso file and then burn that to the cd (i.e. you're
doing something wrong) or 2) EasyCD can't burn a raw image file to the
cd.

If it's #1, read the instructions.  If it's #2, get another cd burner
program.  #2 may be easier, because ...

The freeware cd burner programs that you can find at
http://www.goldenhawk.com will certainly do what you want,
specifically the FILE2CD.EXE program.
