Sorry to be a pest - trying to get this SCO to Linux
conversion finished (going quite well and faster that I expected). Is
there a "bool.h" file somewhere in Linux? Or some substition of
it. On SCO it contains things like TRUE 1 FALSE 0. I know that
I can just define those myself, but I want to keep everything as legit as
possible.
