But that is not the consumer's problem, that's Dell's problem.
The EULA does not say that the Manufacturer will refund you what they save. It
says that the Manufacturer will give you a refund for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and
that is certainly not an item of zero value.
Whether Dell made a bad deal with Microsoft should have no bearing on the
matter.
