Does anyone know how to turn off sound externally in enlightenment? I
installed it using rpms and it's wanting to use my soundcard, which is
having DMA troubles that I have yet to work out. So, when I run
enlightenment, I get repetitive beep-like noises, and the system runs
slooooowwww!. So, I need to turn off the sound without starting X. I
suppose I could do it from within e, but it's running so slow it would
prolly take a few hours to find the place to turn it off.
