Is ADSL already available in the Austin area? What about Round Rock? Is there
some kind of a special line, ie a digital phone line as opposed to the normal
ones. We're building a new house, and I was wondering if there is a way to have
it pre-wired for ADSL if/when it is available. As far as I know, the builder
only has an option for a prewired ISDN, which I don't think is worth it.
Any answers would be appreciated.
