I was wondering if anyone else has seen any activity from the following
ipaddr on a machine connect to the UT network.
203.108.205.173
I also saw this in my messages log which corresponded to the access from
the IP on several of the machines I admin on campus.
Sep 24 13:05:38 cirrus telnetd[3855]: ttloop: peer died: Invalid or
incomplete multibyte or wide character
I noticed access in the physics dept and EE dept.
