Resnet policies are that you can stick a hub on the port, as long as you
register it.  (Basically if they find weird activity coming from your port
as the result of sticking your hub on it then they will notify you,
probably by deactivating your port.) You need to apply for a registered
hostname if you want one though, and as long as you give a good reason
they have no problems granting you the request. (it's just a CNAME alias
anyway)
