Over Spring Break I attended the Rice U. LUG Linux Installfest- they borrowed a
room in their cs building and a 20 port hub, sold cheapbytes rh 5.2 cd's at cost
and the LUG members installed RH 5.2 for new Linux users, and setup their
network/dialup connections. It was quite successful. It took maybe 4 hrs on a
Saturday afternoon. This could be a way to expand the Linux movement. Of course it
would be much more fun if we could do it on the West Mall...
