Joshua, as a matter of fact, the new Enlight mid-towers do. You have to
take off the cover first, then the whole M/B and backplane swivel out.
However, I do NOT recommend ANY Enlight box. They are the noisiest fans
I've ever heard, and they get worse in a matter of weeks. If you really
want the swivel deal, plan on spending some $$$.
