Computer Junkies,
Photodex (Austin, TX) has a job opening for one customer support
representative. We're getting closer to releasing our public beta of
CompuPic for Linux, and it would be nice to have someone with Linux
experience, although it's not a strict requirement.
You don't have to be a Linux guru (although Linux knowledge will get
you extra consideration.) Windows knowledge is a must (necessary
evil.) Hopeless addiction to lots of graphics and multimedia stuff a
plus. (If you just can't stop downloading billions of images from
newsgroups and you keep going broke because you're spending all of
your money on bigger hard disks, then this is probably a good job for
you. We're pretty addicted to graphics here...we have a T1.)
All applicants must be able to type (and think) quickly. (Fluency in
another language and desire to translate megabytes of HTML pages into
that language a plus.) BUT...must be able to clearly communicate in
both spoken and written English. We're looking for someone who is
easy to work with, and someone who is self motivated.
E-mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] for details. Do not fax or call, and
definitely do not show up at our office without an appointment.
Complaints should be directed to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Best Regards,
Paul Schmidt ([EMAIL PROTECTED])
