Originally, I had more some FAT32 partitions mixed in with the Linux
logicals. Now I have two hard drives, and I've segregated Windows and
Linux.

I suppost you could, but it's not a good idea. You aren't limited to 4
partitions (see above). The 4 partitions include the extended partition,
and you can have many logicals within the extended.

P.S. I just realized how small my swap partition is. I must have been
sleeping when I did that partition. It should be a bit larger.
