OK.  We've got two nights potentially open, the 30th and the 1st.
I want to take it relatively easy the night of the 29th as I need to be
up for an opening keynote on the 30th.

I don't know anything about the space available for the LUG talk, the
travel distances, or the other local details.  But probably the LUG
talk should be one evening and Geeks With Guns the other.

*I do not want to organize this*; I have my hands full with other things.
So somebody down there should elect himself organizer, block out a schedule,
and make sure the logistics are handled.  I will just go where I'm told.
