They (Messaging Direct) bought/merged with a Canadian company called
Execmail. Execmail is actually the one that developed the linux mail
client.  I don't know anything about Messaging Direct, but I talked to the
Execmail people at Linuxworld, and they seemed quite competent.  The
product itself was rather spiffy - similar to Eudora, but more flexible in
terms of interface and with a much more powerful search engine.
