not willing to put, or not willing to spend money on putting? presumably
you're the most tech-clueful person there and have the best chance of selling
the boss on any net-changes...why not try to slip a little 486 in, between
the net and the isdn router? then you can create separate routes for folks
who offend thru a shaped interface allowing say a max of 56kbps (aggregate
or one for each person, your call). this could be done for lunchmoney
considering how much a 486 costs, but at the same time a 486 is more than
sufficient for the job.
