Hi Matthew,
I just got set up with jump.net. I think the standard deal only includes 1
IP. I got the extra 5 for $10/mo. So far I am extremely satisfied with
the service. My request for delegation of reverse DNS was implemented the
same day. I had a problem with having a script break due to the fact that
my connection was going through a web cache. This was also solved within
twelve hours of putting in a support request, *on a Saturday*. Needless
to say, I would not hestitate to recommend them on the basis of their
support.
On the down side, to get the 3 months free service, you have to let them
deal with SWBell. It took them awhile to get around to giving me an
install date. When I did get one, it turned out to be a day I couldn't do
it on, even though I had explained what period of time I would be unable
to accept. Due to the parameters I had set of overlapping with my
previous service for a certain period of time, I had to put off the
installation for a month. Had I known this I might have forgone the free
three months to deal with SWBell directly.
